Ac 1040 Acrylic White – WB
Description
It is a water based printing paste used to achieve an elastic, soft touching white with excellent coverage in textile printing.
It can be printed on cotton and cotton – polyester blend fabrics.
If cured correctly as advised, the dry-wet rubbing and washing fastness are high.
Rubbing and washing tests should be applied 24 hours after curing.
Suitable to ecological standards.

For more covering, whiteness and elasticity, double print is advised with flash cureTo obtain the best elasticity the thickness of the film on the surface should not be thinIn need of improving the elasticity of AC 1040 Acrylic White – WB, AC 1020 Acrylic Clear Base – WB can be addedTo print on dark colored cotton-polyester blends and polyester fabrics, SP 230 Anti Migration – WB should be printed as underbaseTo color AC 1040 Acrylic White – WB, OP Series (1-5%) or FR Series (5-15%) pigments can be addedTo reduce the viscosity AC 1009 Regulator – WB (1-3%) can be usedTo cure at the room temperature, SP 202 Cold Fixing Agent – WB should be added as at most 0.03% and washing tests should be done 48 hours later
